MIC provides a number of specialized plastic injection molding services, including over molding, which is the process of combining two or more molded plastic or elastomer parts to make a single finished product.
Insert molding involves molding plastic around a core or “insert”. Most often, the insert is a metal object, such as a pin, threaded rod, electrical contact, wire, etc.
MIC can provide experienced assembly personnel to your components (molded parts and/or purchased parts) into sub-assemblies ready for your final assembly lines, or finished assembled & packaged products ready for your customers use.
